If you haven’t seen it, please make sure you check out Where The Wild Things Are. It’s about “Max, a disobedient little boy sent to bed without his supper, who creates his own world– a forest inhabited by ferocious wild creatures that crown Max as their ruler.”
To me, the film really touched on how divorce affects a child in ways that a parent will never realize and to see how Max manifests those feelings into the “Wild Things” was truly a funny, and touching sight to see. A great performance by young Max, amazing Visual Effects on the Wild Things, who you believe as characters with feelings, all put together by Spike Jonze and his team of great artists.
